helpful staff complimentary breakfast prompt response

the staff seemed kind and helpful. i noticed the restaurant had complimentary breakfast which was a plus. the hotel seemed to promptly respond to my requests. i did enjoy my time and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

i noticed the stairs to second floor rooms were unlit at night. the pools also did not have lights at night. this made it difficult to navigate around the hotel after dark.

The villas provide space. i booked the two-bedroom villa. it came with a living area, dining area, and a full kitchen. there was also a plunge pool. My kids prefered the outdoor pool.

the shower lacked any barrier. this meant water ended up all over the floor.
